Our managers have been responsible for overseeing more than $200 million of design work and over $750 million of active construction. In addition, Pecora Brothers has performed over $180 million of residential, commercial and specialty medical construction as a General Contractor in Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York (the majority of work occurring in Greenwich, Connecticut).

Knowledge and experience with local permitting processes differentiates
Pecora Brothers from others in the field. Our many projects require close working relationships with a variety of Town of Greenwich municipal departments. Accomplishments of note include:

  • Successfully petitioned for multiple zoning exceptions.
  • Successfully pursued zoning exceptions under the Historic Overlay provisions.
  • Managed Building Department review of the first building to be submitted to the Town of Greenwich under the new International Building Code.
  • Produced a coordination study for the Public Works Department to optimize the soil disposal and clean fill needs between Town-sponsored projects occurring simultaneously.
  • Produced a construction impact and mitigation study for the Public Works Department for a proposed field construction project at the New Lebanon Elementary School.
  • Feasibility study for converting a Stamford office park into an education facility.
