Residential, Commercial or Specialty Construction

Act as General Contractor and execute the work to be performed. Obtain all required permits, manage the Town inspection process and obtain final Certificate of Occupancy. Perform all site and building construction, and perform interior finishes as required. Perform all work with either direct hire employees or through Pecora Brothers’ subcontractors.
