Owner's Representative

Provide oversight and management of design and construction process of a discrete project or set of projects. Responsibilities can include: document review, design concept evaluation, bid process management, construction implementation process management, permitting and agency approval process management, and management of engineer, architect and contractor´s performance. The goal is to protect owner interests by holding contractors and designers responsible for contractual and regulatory obligations.
