Joseph has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate finance.

Sylvester J. Pecora, Jr. is a graduate of LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Sylvester began his career as a construction Project Manager and later combined his finance and construction experience as a comptroller for Spectrum Builders, one of the largest New York metropolitan home builders. For almost 15 years, Sylvester`s career has focused mostly in Fairfield County Connecticut and Westchester County New York, directing the construction of almost $200 million of residential homes, commercial spaces and medical facilities.
